🌟 Hoop Maker
Location: Mordialloc, VIC
Part-time (as needed) with option to gain more hours
About the role
You’ll be assisting with the hands-on assembly of our standard hula hoops, including plain polypro hoops, taping hoops, sectional hoops with the option to learn more advanced hoop making in the future.
Full training is provided - it’s a creative, satisfying, hands-on role, but does require attention to detail and a high level of neatness.

🌟 Virtual Assistant (Customer Relations)
Location: Work from home (Australian based only)

About the role
You’ll be handling light admin tasks to take pressure off the owner so production can run smoothly. The role is simple, but accuracy, kindness, and professionalism are important.
Main Responsibilities

Responding to customer emails and messages (using templates provided)

Updating customers about order progress, delays, or questions

Checking order details for accuracy

Handling basic customer service issues

Managing and organising inboxes

About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented contractor to help pack and ship customer orders for a small Australian flow arts business. This is a task-based arrangement with flexible scheduling - ideal for someone wanting casual, independent work that can be done without strict office hours.
Responsibilities

Pick and pack customer orders according to packing slips (hoops, accessories, tapes, add-ons, etc.).

Prepare parcels using appropriate packaging materials to ensure products arrive safely.
-
Print shipping labels and attach them correctly.
-
Drop parcels at the post office or arrange courier pickup (depending on workflow).
-
Track outgoing shipments and notify the business owner when orders are completed.

Maintain basic order accuracy checks (matching items to order, QC on products).

Keep the packing area tidy and organised.
Requirements

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to follow packing procedures and handle fragile/delicate items.

Reliable communication and punctual completion of batches.

Ability to lift and handle parcels, padded mailers, and hoop-sized packages.

Familiarity with Australia Post or courier systems is a bonus but not essential.
