Shipping & Returns

Our store policies


Order processing times
1-3 business days for coloured polypro/HDPE hoops and all hoop making supplies and other accessories
3-5 business days for taped hoops
1-2 weeks for LED hoops, fire hoops and large orders

Processing times are an estimate only and not guaranteed, your order may take longer if we are experiencing a higher than normal volume of orders.


Shipping times
2-8 business days for standard domestic shipping
1-4 business days for express domestic shipping
6-27 business days for standard international shipping

All items are shipped from our workshop in Melbourne, Australia. Bayside Hooping is not responsible for delays due to public holidays, customs or postal service errors.


Customs and import taxes
Any potential duties, taxes or other custom fees are dependent on which country you are from and is not the responsibility of Bayside Hooping. Please check with your local customs about any charges your package may incur on arrivals.


Incorrect address
If a package is returned to us due to being unclaimed or an incorrect address due to customer error, the buyer will be responsible to pay for the additional shipping costs to resend the order.


Customer pick ups
Unfortunately we are unable to offer pick-up of purchases or viewing prior to purchasing.


Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges are happily accepted - contact baysidehooping@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and post items within 30 days. However, returns for change of mind are generally not accepted. Please contact us to discuss if you have any concerns about your order.


Cancellations are not accepted
However please contact us ASAP if you have any problems with your order.


The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Items on sale

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs (unless item is faulty). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
